NapkinOps is an operations practice for small teams. We help turn the way a team already works into something written down, measurable, and repeatable.
Most small teams do not have an operations problem so much as a documentation problem. The knowledge exists. It lives in the people who have been there longest, and it leaves the building every evening. When someone is out, or new, or busy, the work slows down in ways nobody can quite point at.
The fix is rarely a new platform. It is usually writing down what already works, agreeing on how progress gets measured, and holding a rhythm long enough for it to become ordinary.

How we work
We start with what a team is already doing, not with a framework. The first version of anything is deliberately rough — a sketch that is easy to argue with and cheap to change. Most of the value shows up in the second or third pass, once the people doing the work have had a chance to correct it.
